When clients are purchasing and selling commercial properties, Rich supports them by drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, reviewing title and survey, managing legal due diligence, drafting legal opinions, and preparing closing documents. His work on financing real estate includes reviewing, drafting, and negotiating loan documents, modifications, and forbearance agreements. Rich also represents landlords and tenants in negotiating leases, including complex leases for national chain businesses.
