Saul Ewing’s Employment Litigation attorneys tailor their approach to the specific needs and expectations of their clients on a case-by-case basis. Our employment litigation experience runs the gamut from “bet the company” cases such as class actions or crippling strikes, to Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) challenges involving compensation or management practices, to Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) cases.
