WEBINAR - Amendment to the New Jersey Family Leave Act: What All Employers Need to Know About New Jersey Leave and Benefits Laws before July 2026

Significant changes to the New Jersey Family Leave Act (NJFLA) take effect in July 2026 which will affect all employers with NJ-based employees. Saul Ewing’s Labor & Employment attorneys hosted a one-hour webinar covering the upcoming NJFLA updates and how they intersect with the federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), as well as New Jersey’s Temporary Disability Insurance (TDI) and Family Leave Insurance (FLI) programs. This session provided a practical overview of current requirements, and the steps employers should take now to prepare for upcoming regulations, enhanced by real-world examples to help employers navigate what lies ahead.
