On May 14, 2024, Jamie Stevens and Elizabeth Thompson (both in our Chicago office) did a presentation for the Community Association’s Institute Legal Forum, to over 230 community association managers serving the Chicagoland area, including many current client managers. They talked on “What Can I Say, What Can I Do? Reviewing the Changing Boundaries of What Managers Can Say To, About and Around Owners” exploring the boundaries of First Amendment law in condominium associations.
