Gary Lipkin brings more than two decades of legal experience to his new role as a partner in Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr’s Litigation Department, including handling a diverse range of cases before the nation’s preeminent business court, the Delaware Court of Chancery. He resides in the Firm’s Wilmington office.
Lipkin routinely represents clients in cases including Delaware-specific statutory actions; shareholder, class and derivative actions; merger and acquisition disputes; actions involving breaches of partnership and LLC operating agreements; actions involving the interpretation and enforcement of corporate bylaws and certificates of incorporation; trademark infringement actions; business tort litigation; breaches of contract; and employment litigation involving breaches of non-compete and non-solicitation provisions.
He earned his J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School and his B.S. from Pennsylvania State University.
