BALTIMORE, (AUGUST 15, 2024) – Brian Meltzer, an experienced transactional attorney, has joined Saul Ewing as a partner in the Corporate Practice. He is resident in the firm’s Baltimore, Maryland office.
Mr. Meltzer advises companies on mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity and venture capital financing deals, particularly those involving technology, retail and life sciences. His experience includes representations of businesses ranging in size from start-ups to established enterprises operating as public and private companies. He also represents private equity groups, venture capital groups, investors and investment firms in these transactions.
Clients also look to Mr. Meltzer to provide outside general counsel services on contracts, operational, organizational and employment matters, corporate governance and other legal issues.
