Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP, a full-service law firm with attorneys in 16 offices, is proud to announce that Ruth Rauls, a Labor and Employment Partner in the Firm's Princeton office, was honored as part of the Executive Women of New Jersey’s 2022 Trailblazing Policy Makers List. The Trailblazing Policy Makers List recognizes the most influential and accomplished women leaders in New Jersey who champion efforts towards advancing women’s leadership.

Ruth draws on her litigation experience to help large and small companies alike identify potential legal issues and to provide support for internal decision making that affects their business operations. This includes advice on preventative practices to minimize workplace disputes, including accommodation and harassment issues. Employers look to her for advice on personnel actions, including drafting employment agreements and conducting internal investigations on various workplace matters.

“We’re proud to spotlight Ruth Rauls, alongside the other groundbreaking leaders on this list at this year’s gala because of what their presence represents for women in the workplace,” explained Anna María Tejada, President of EWNJ and Partner at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP. “It is undeniable that there is an abundance of talented and highly capable women leaders, yet women continue to be severely underrepresented on boards and in the senior leadership of public, private, and civic organizations, especially in the wake of the pandemic, which had an outsized impact on women. That’s why we felt this list was particularly timely in the current economic climate. It is crucial to showcase the impact of women’s leadership, and to recognize the talent, expertise, and experience that we bring to the workplace.”

Ruth will be recognized with her fellow honorees at the organization’s signature biennial gala, Salute to the Policy Makers, on May 3, 2022.
