Alex is an avid follower of Virginia Tech athletics (primarily football and basketball.) He loves foreign and domestic travel, and has visited Australia, New Zealand, Israel, Costa Rica, Iceland, Ireland, Peru, the Galapagos and Zion National Park in recent years.
