Alexandra Spaw is a member of the Litigation Department in the firm's Miami office. She maintains a general litigation practice and handles a variety of matters involving complex commercial disputes.
While earning her J.D. at University of Miami School of Law, Alexandra was a summer associate at Saul Ewing. She also worked as a law clerk for a health care staffing company, where she reviewed state and federal labor and employment regulations to ensure company compliance with required notices and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines. She also drafted company policies related to equal employment, medical accommodations, website privacy, the California Consumer Privacy Act, and job safety.
