Allison Neff represents clients in general litigation matters, with a focus on corporate, commercial and fiduciary litigation in the Court of Chancery of Delaware and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Superior Court of Delaware. Her experience includes representing shareholders, directors and officers, as well as corporations, LLCs, LPs, and other business entities across a broad spectrum of industries.
Prior to her work in private practice, Allison served as a law clerk for the Honorable Selena E. Molina, who is now Senior Magistrate in the Court of Chancery of Delaware. While in law school, Allison served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Meghan A. Adams in the Superior Court of Delaware.
