Anthony Kang

Anthony Kang is a business-minded attorney who leads legal teams in commercial real estate financing transactions and real estate development matters. As a member of Saul Ewing's Executive Committee, and as former vice chair of the firm's Transactional Department and its Real Estate Practice, Anthony has significant experience with leading, coordinating, and overseeing teams with the needed skillsets to work through and close complex transactions. These transactions include financing, acquisitions, dispositions, and construction of commercial, multifamily and industrial properties.

Anthony also advises companies and high net-worth individuals on general business and corporate matters – utilizing the firm’s experience in different areas of law and different jurisdictions. He frequently serves as a conduit between clients and his Saul Ewing colleagues who can provide advice on specific issues, such as tax, immigration, corporate, intellectual property, and employment matters. 

Anthony has also represented international clients who are transacting business and investing in the United States, including those who benefit from his ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin Chinese.
