Arianna Roman’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions. She represents clients in the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and disposition of real estate related to single-family and multifamily residential communities, condominium projects, mixed-use development projects, commercial shopping centers, and commercial office buildings. Arianna has represented developers in connection with the real estate development process, including platting of subdivisions and preparing, negotiating, and reviewing development agreements. She is experienced in conducting comprehensive due diligence, including resolving complex title and survey matters.
Additionally, Arianna has experience in negotiating, structuring, and amending governance documents for private clubs as well as the management and consumer documents necessary for resort communities, branded residences, mixed-use projects, community associations, and condominiums.
She also has experience drafting easement, property management, maintenance and brokerage agreements.
