- Assisted in representing a class of consumers in an ongoing consolidated data breach class action against a multinational hotel chain related to a data breach that compromised the personal data of approximately 300 million customers.
- Defended a local restaurant on claims of discrimination and failure to provide a reasonable accommodation and, after substantial briefings, obtained a favorable settlement that was one-fifth of the plaintiff’s original demand.
- Successfully defended several police officers against claims implicating the Fourth Amendment where a person was arrested for possession of suspected narcotics based on the search of a vehicle incident to the arrest of the vehicle’s recent occupant, and where a recent witness to a crime was briefly detained and force was used to effectuate the detention.
- Obtained dismissal of several claims against two police officers implicating the Fourth Amendment where the Plaintiff was administratively detained on allegations of departmental wrongdoing.
