Austin Tridente maintains a general litigation practice and handles a variety of commercial litigation and business matters in state and federal courts. Austin assists clients from commencement through completion of litigation disputes, including drafting and arguing pleadings and dispositive motions, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediation, arbitration, settlement negotiations and trial.
Some of Austin’s experience includes managing production of voluminous records in the defense of a city in northern California in a civil rights case involving 24 plaintiffs and 49 defendants, as well as leading multiple meet-and-confer sessions to resolve discovery disputes. Austin has also represented plaintiffs in insurance coverage and bad faith matters in discovery and other pretrial activities.
