Bethany Beaver is a member of the Litigation Department in the Firm's Chicago office. She maintains a general litigation practice and handles a variety of matters involving complex commercial disputes.
While earning her J.D. at The John Marshall Law School, Bethany was a summer associate for the Firm. She also was an Association of Corporate Counsel diversity summer legal intern at the global headquarters for McDonald’s, where she conducted legal research on matters involving contracts, intellectual property, and corporate and consumer privacy law. In addition, she was an intern for the Harvard Summer Democracy Fellowship, the U.S. Senate, and The John Marshall Family Law and Domestic Violence Clinic.
Prior to law school, Bethany was a tutor and a teaching assistant in India and China and worked as a social justice intern in the Back Bay Mission in Biloxi, Mississippi.
