Brian Drockton focuses his practice on class action litigation matters, primarily complex antitrust cases, and commercial litigation matters. He has worked on antitrust cases in various industries, including health care, real estate, manufacturing and professional services.
Before entering private practice, Brian was a clerk to the Honorable Victor J. Wolski in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. While he was in law school, he was a clerk for the Tax Collections Division of the Travis County Attorney’s Office in Texas, the General Counsel’s Office for a multinational industrial manufacturer conglomerate, and the Special Investigations Unit of the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office in Ohio.
