Celine Dugan is a member of the Litigation Department in the firm's Philadelphia office. She maintains a general litigation practice and handles a variety of matters involving complex commercial disputes.
While earning her J.D. at Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, Celine was a summer associate at Saul Ewing. Celine was also an intern for the Honorable Mitchell Goldberg in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. In addition, she was an extern with the Eastern District of Pennsylvania’s United States Attorney’s Office in the Civil Division. Celine was a volunteer for the law school's Estate Planning Clinic, where she assisted clients with drafting living and final wills and durable power of attorney documents. She also volunteered with Philadelphia Lawyers for Social Equity, where she supported the Criminal Record Expungement Clinic.
