Chandra Kilgriff is the chief talent officer at Saul Ewing, and she provides strategic direction for the firm's talent functions. She leads the human resources, professional development, attorney recruiting and inclusion teams, with a focus on building systems that foster an inclusive, collaborative and growth-oriented culture. Chandra has been recognized for her leadership, including as a 2019 "Woman in Business" by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal and as a 2017 “Diversity Leader” by Profiles in Diversity Journal. Chandra is a former practicing attorney, and holds a Juris Doctor and Master's in Public Policy from Georgetown University.
Chandra serves on the Board of Directors of Minds Matter Twin Cities, and she was previously a policy fellow at the University of Minnesota's Humphrey School of Public Affairs.
