Charles Hoyt focuses his commercial litigation practice on contract claims, fiduciary duty issues, antitrust allegations across the country, and judgment enforcement involving businesses and individuals. Charles handles cases from the earliest stages through trial and appeals in state and federal courts. He leverages his experience across numerous disciplines to provide comprehensive services to his clients. His experience includes managing litigation for large corporate clients and securing multiple defense verdicts, judgments, and dismissals for clients in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey state and federal courts.
While earning his law degree, Charles was legal intern for the Honorable Arnold L. New of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, First Judicial District of Pennsylvania. Charles then served as a legal intern at a Philadelphia law firm prior to joining the same firm in a full-time position following law school.
Prior to joining Saul Ewing, Charles was an associate at another Philadelphia area law firm where he handled complex commercial litigation matters.
