Christina Petsoulis Kebede counsels employers on legal matters arising from hiring, employee discipline and separation decisions, personnel issues including discrimination claims, and compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws. Her experience also includes advising and representing management in labor relations disputes ranging from collective bargaining agreement negotiations and grievances to claims of unfair labor practices, mediations, and arbitrations. When disputes cannot be resolved through these channels, Christina represents clients in employment litigation in administrative tribunals as well as trial and appellate courts.
Christina also counsels clients on drafting and implementing personnel policies, provides management training and conducts workplace investigations.
