Cynthia Gomez’s practice focuses on investment-based U.S. immigration, with particular experience in the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. Cynthia advises EB-5 regional centers, project developers, and investors, and she regularly works with high-net-worth individuals evaluating options to relocate to the United States through the EB-5 program or alternative investment and employment-based pathways. Her work includes immigration planning at various stages of the process, including project structuring and investor strategies.
Cynthia also advises higher education institutions and employers on immigration compliance, workforce mobility, and enforcement-related considerations.
