Dave Manjorin is a member of the Transactional Department in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. He maintains a general corporate practice and assists with a variety of deals. His skill set includes: reviewing contracts; drafting a wide array of forms, agreements and bylaws; and handling filings for compliance with the Corporate Transparency, the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Initial Notice requirements. He also assists with mergers and acquisitions and securities matters.
While earning his J.D. at George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School, Dave was a summer associate at Saul Ewing. In law school, he was also involved in the Innovation Law Clinic, where he worked with entrepreneurs to select and form entities to facilitate their businesses and assisted them with trademark research and filings. Additionally, Dave was a summer law clerk for the Pacific Legal Foundation.

Prior to attending law school, Dave worked in the corporate office of Abercrombie & Fitch, where he was a merchandise planner overseeing the Hollister Co. division’s multi-million-dollar business. In addition to his J.D., Dave has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on marketing from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
