David Rudin is a member of the Transactional Department in the firm's Chicago office. He maintains a general real estate practice and assists with a variety of deals, including commercial leasing, development projects, and property sales and acquisitions.
While earning his J.D. at Chicago-Kent College of Law, David was a summer associate at Saul Ewing. He was also an extern for the Illinois Appellate Court, Second District.
David's understanding of real estate law is informed by his previous work as a tenant representation associate for a commercial real estate firm, where he advocated for Chicago-based tenants in acquiring, renegotiating, and extending office leases. He also conducted market research and negotiated lease terms for tenants and analyzed property and pricing data. David is a licensed real estate agent.
