Devan McCarrie assists clients with a variety of real estate transactions, including commercial leasing, development projects, and property sales and acquisitions. She also focuses her practice on regulatory matters involving energy and utility companies by assisting clients who are seeking approvals for mergers and acquisitions before state regulators, changes in rates, and for new customer and company programs.
Devan has experience as a litigator and has handled a variety of matters involving complex corporate and commercial disputes primarily in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Prior to joining Saul Ewing, Devan was an associate at an Am Law 100 law firm and served as a law clerk to the Honorable William C. Carpenter, Jr., of the Delaware Superior Court.
