Devan McCarrie is a member of the Litigation Department in the firm’s Wilmington office. She maintains a general litigation practice and handles a variety of matters involving complex corporate and commercial disputes in both state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Saul Ewing, Devan was an associate at an international law firm where she handled complex commercial, corporate, and trade secret cases. Before that, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable William C. Carpenter, Jr., of the Delaware Superior Court.
During law school, Devan was an extern to the Honorable Paul R. Wallace of the Delaware Superior Court and an intern to the Honorable Sallie Updyke Mundy of Pennsylvania Supreme Court. She is also a former intern for the Office of the Attorney General for the State of Connecticut.
