His patent preparation and prosecution work includes both domestic and foreign patents, trademarks and copyrights. Clients also look to Ted for representation in disputes involving patent, trademark, trade dress, trade secrets, copyright, domain name and contract litigation. He also has significant experience representing clients in reexamination, reissue, and inter partes review proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
