Kettner Investments, LLC, a long-term equity investor in companies in the legal hemp industry and pharmaceutical drug and medical tests development, including tests for the COVID-19 virus.
American Blue Ribbon Holdings, LLC, a restaurant chain comprised of more than 170 locations. Also oversaw the company’s reorganization following the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Superior Air Charter, LLC, an FAA certified Part 135 charter air carrier in a reorganization and restructuring of approximately $70 million of debt. The plan was confirmed less than five months after the initial filing.
Life Settlements Absolute Return, LLC, a special purpose vehicle debtor created to invest in life insurance policies in the life settlement market. Resolved the bankruptcy by completing a sale of all assets.
Verengo, Inc., a residential solar panel installer. Confirmed plan of reorganization within seven months of petition date for what was once the largest company in the industry in the United States.
Parallel Energy LP, an oil and gas debtor that acquires, owns, develops and operates long-life oil and natural gas properties in Texas and Oklahoma. Case was resolved with the sale of substantially all of the debtor’s assets under 11 U.S.C. § 363.

An indenture trustee for $1.6 billion Senior Notes in the bankruptcy of pharmaceutical company Mallinckrodt in connection with its sale and distribution of opioids.
A liquidating trustee in the bankruptcy of Geokinetics, Inc., a geoscience services provider to the oil and gas industry.
A trustee formed following the confirmation of a plan of reorganization of Verengo, Inc, an installer of residential solar systems. Oversaw litigation of numerous fraudulent transfer and preference action matters, as well as final claims reconciliation.
A Chapter 7 trustee for the estate of Stirling Energy Sys., a renewable energy company.
A Chapter 7 trustee for the estate of American Remanufacturers, Inc., an auto parts supplier.
