Geraldine is responsible for a number of notable California Supreme Court and Court of Appeal victories in such matters. She has been the lead attorney, advocating with passion, in a broad spectrum of multi-faceted matters, involving trials, appeals and settlements. Geraldine is protective of clients, and often heads a team of tax, administrative and transactional attorneys, employing creative and tax-efficient solutions, while counseling clients with compassion. These high net-worth matters often involve celebrities’ estates, which she handles with discretion, making clients’ privacy and confidentiality top priorities.
Geraldine is a frequent lecturer to her peers in the area of trust and estate litigation, speaking on subjects from the technical hurdles of creditors’ claims to the intricacies of sealing court records and creative resolutions through trust reformation and modification.
