- Served on the negotiating team for the inaugural Ph.D. collective bargaining agreement.
- Successfully handled matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Department of Education Office for Civil Rights (OCR) and other agencies.
- Negotiated resolutions of contested employment separations.
- Played a significant role in policy development and governance matters related to faculty and students.
- Provided advice on and defense of complaints filed with accreditor organizations.
- Advised on significant student conduct cases, employee relations matters and grievances.
- Advised on reductions in force.
