Drawing on more than 40 years of experience, he handles matters involving construction and development, purchases and sales, exchanges, and leasing. His involvement in transactions spans the United States, including Arizona, California, Illinois, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Texas and Washington.
Glenn also counsels clients in the purchase and sale of office buildings, shopping centers, industrial properties, apartment buildings and high-end residential.
With regard to leasing, Glenn advises clients across the spectrum. He creates standard form leases for use across various projects. He handles long-term ground leases, build-to-suit leases, anchor tenant leases and mom & pop spaces. Glenn represents landlords and tenants in such transactions, which gives him a realistic understanding of the needs of each side to resolve sticking points.
