Grace Cheng is a member of the Litigation Department in the firm's Chesterbrook office. She maintains a general litigation practice, counseling a wide range of clients in industries such as consumer products, manufacturing, technology, and higher education on complex commercial litigation and corporate matters. Her litigation experience includes product liability, trademark infringement, shareholder claims, and securities disputes.
Beyond litigation, her skill set includes: reviewing contracts; drafting a wide array of forms, agreements and bylaws; registering trademarks; handling filings for compliance with the Corporate Transparency Act, the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Initial Notice requirements; and assisting with mergers and acquisitions.
While earning her J.D. at Wake Forest University School of Law, Grace was a summer associate at Saul Ewing. She was also a legal aide in New York State Office of the Attorney General.
