Guzel Sadykova handles a wide variety of corporate work, including assisting with mergers and acquisitions, purchases and sales of equity and assets, and other key business deals.
Guzel also works with both borrowers and lenders on various financing deals, including transactions involving secured loans, stock financings, and lines of credits, both secured by assets and through consolidations and refinancings.
Outside of her deal work, Guzel provides client guidance on various business operations and corporate governance matters, including drafting and negotiating of service agreements and non-disclosure agreements, as well as documents supporting investments and business expansions. She also assists clients with securities transactions.
