Hannah Lee maintains a general corporate practice and assists with a variety of deals including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and other commercial transactions. Hannah's skill set includes reviewing contracts, drafting a wide array of forms, agreements and bylaws, and advising on financing for these corporate transactions. Hannah also reviews and drafts IP tech and data privacy related license and master services agreements, SaaS agreements, and professional services agreements.
While earning her J.D. at University of Maryland Francis K. Carey School of Law, Hannah was a summer associate at Saul Ewing. She was also an extern for the Honorable George L. Russell, III, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and an intern for the Honorable Douglas R. M. Nazarian in the Appellate Court of Maryland.
