Hannah Lee is a member of the Transactional Department in the firm's Baltimore office. She maintains a general corporate practice and assists with a variety of deals. Her skill set includes: reviewing contracts; drafting a wide array of forms, agreements and bylaws; and handling filings for compliance with the Corporate Transparency, the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Initial Notice requirements. She also assists with mergers and acquisitions and securities matters.
While earning her J.D. at University of Maryland Francis K. Carey School of Law, Hannah was a summer associate at Saul Ewing. She was also an extern for the Honorable George L. Russell, III, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and an intern for the Honorable Douglas R. M. Nazarian in the Appellate Court of Maryland.
