  • A developer for a residential condominium project in securing approvals from the Belmar Planning Board and Belmar Township Council in accordance with the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1 et seq.
  • A national homebuilder in obtaining a variance approval from the Township of Eagleswood Planning Board for a residential development.
