Jeff Rizzo maintains a general litigation practice and handles a variety of matters including complex commercial disputes, as well as employment, real estate, transportation, and intellectual property cases.
Jeff's litigation experience includes preparing complaints and motions, arguing and defending motions, and examining witnesses at trial in state and federal courts. He also regularly assists with depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitration proceedings, and settlement negotiations.
After completing his law degree at Boston University School of Law, Jeff served as a clerk to the Honorable C. Theodore Fritsch, Jr. in the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.
