Jillian Postal is a member of the Litigation Department in the firm’s Miami office. She maintains a general litigation practice and assists clients with resolving cases involving contract disputes, real estate transactions and intellectual property issues. Her experience includes arbitrating disputes with the National Football League Players Association and the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, as well as litigating matters involving membership disputes, conversion, fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duties.
Jillian has experience drafting complaints and dispositive motions, conducting depositions and preparing clients and witnesses for testifying at trial, handling arbitration proceedings, and arguing at hearings.
