• The developer in the creation of a multi-phase, mixed-use, two-tiered condominium in Boston, Massachusetts.
• A client in the disposition of a portfolio of industrial properties containing 11.3 million square feet for $516 million, followed by the acquisition of multiple properties totaling 8.5 million square feet on a 1031 tax-deferred exchange basis.
