• Two call center leases of over 100,000 square feet each for a Fortune 50 company.
• A lease extension in Irvine, California for a Fortune 50 company headquarters of over 300,000 square feet.
• New leases and amendments for office and technical space for a Fortune 50 company totaling over 1.5 million square feet, with many of the leases for over 100,000 square feet of space.
• New leases and amendments for over 300 retail stores.
• Numerous leases for bowling and family entertainment centers for locations throughout the United States, with each one containing between 25,000 to 50,000 square feet. 
• A lease for a communications company for approximately 150,000 square feet of office and research space in Ottawa, Canada. 
• New leases and amendments for additional office, industrial and research space totaling over 2 million square feet. 
• Represented a national bank in renewing and expanding its office lease in Century City, California to over 125,000 square feet.
