Jonathan Millis focuses his legal practice on corporate and commercial litigation, including alternative entity disputes, corporate governance matters, fiduciary duty claims, and contract disputes. His experience includes representations of companies, directors and officers, and investors in matters involving mergers and acquisitions, de-SPAC transactions, and shareholder rights plans. He has particular experience in Delaware courts, including assisting with books and records demands.
Jonathan also has prior experience with products liability, construction, and insurance-related litigation. Before entering private practice, Jonathan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Nelson C. Johnson (retired) of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
