Julie Bachert maintains a general litigation practice and handles a variety of matters involving complex commercial disputes. Her litigation experience is broad, ranging from employment disputes to insurance defense matters, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, general negligence, motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, and products liability cases, as well as class and representative actions.
In her practice, Julie has experience drafting pleadings and motions, handling discovery including taking and defending depositions, and preparing materials in anticipation of trials. She is also proficient in legal research, a skill she draws on to provide strategic advice to clients on novel and complex legal issues.
