Justin Beyer brings more than 20 years of experience to his work as a litigator focusing on disputes involving trade secrets and non-compete agreements. This includes representing companies who need to protect or reacquire misappropriated information or wish to hire a competitor's former employee. Justin prosecutes and defends injunctive relief claims based on misappropriation of trade secrets and breaches of non-competition agreements. He also represents clients in a wide array of complex commercial litigation, including business and real property disputes. Justin additionally litigates product and premises liability cases. His experience includes matters involving commercial, industrial and heavy machinery, as well as substantial matters involving confined space and lockout tagout issues.
Justin has a nationwide trial practice that includes cases before state and federal courts in 25 states, including California, New York, New Jersey, Texas, Delaware and Minnesota.
