Kaitlin Yira is a member of the Litigation Department in the firm's Minneapolis office. She maintains a general litigation practice and handles a variety of matters involving complex commercial disputes.
Prior to joining Saul Ewing, Kaitlin served as a law clerk for the Honorable Karl C. Procaccini in Minnesota Supreme Court and the Honorable Jeffrey M. Bryan in both U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
While earning her J.D. at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, Kaitlin was a resident for the Honorable Paul C. Thissen in the Minnesota Supreme Court and a summer law clerk for the Minnesota Center for Environmental Advocacy. In addition, Kaitlin was a certified student attorney for the Appellate Public Defender’s Office and for the school's Reentry Clinic, where she represented clients in criminal record expungement, including arguing on their behalf in expungement motion hearings.
