Ken Jones brings 30 years of experience to his work as a litigator and trial lawyer who defends public and private entities in labor and employment disputes. Clients in industries ranging from retail and banking to logistics and insurance, along with government agencies, rely on him to handle litigation involving claims of retaliation, harassment, and discrimination including cases relating to age, race, sex, national origin, religion and disability. He also represents employers in wage and hour claims.

Ken litigates in the state and federal courts, as well as appears before state and federal administrative agencies, and he also gets disputes resolved with settlements reached through mediation. Before he began focusing on employment cases two decades ago, Ken handled a broad range of commercial litigation. This included breach of warranty claims, False Claims Act disputes, Lanham Act cases and matters involving copyright infringement, product liability and insurance issues. Kenneth has also handled civil rights claims, including cases involving allegations of unlawful arrest and excessive police force.
