Paige Berry is an experienced insurance regulatory attorney who concentrates her practice on the regulatory, compliance and corporate aspects of the insurance industry. She provides advice to members of the insurance industry and assistance to businesses in self-insurance and risk management strategies, both in New Jersey and nationally.
She also represents clients before numerous state insurance agencies and regularly counsels clients on:

- Producer issues including rebating and inducement laws.

Paige has defended members of the insurance industry in enforcement actions before state insurance agencies. As part of her insurance practice, Paige assists clients in obtaining regulatory approvals and has played an integral role in the negotiation of reinsurance, loss of control and claims management services for self-insured entities.
In addition to her insurance practice, Paige has a general practice in government relations, administrative law and financial services, regularly appearing before state agencies and the legislature on proposed rules and legislation and has been a New Jersey registered government affairs agent for more than a decade. Paige possesses a thorough knowledge of New Jersey election law and is familiar with various laws affecting public entities such as Pay-to-Play laws, the Open Public Meetings Act and Open Public Records Act.
