Community Connections

Michael co-founded and co-runs “24 Heroes in 24 Hours,” a fundraiser held annually on Memorial Day to benefit organizations supporting military veterans and their families. Reflecting Michael’s longtime involvement as a CrossFit coach, participating athletes perform some (or all) of the 24 workouts, one workout each hour over a 24-hour period. Each workout is named after a fallen member of the military or first-responder who lost their life in the line of duty.

After Work

Michael was a competitive obstacle course racer for several years, as well as an adventure athlete who completed The Peak Death Race and SEALFIT Kokoro Camp. He currently coaches CrossFit at The Main Line CrossFit and is a competitive CrossFit athlete. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, listening to classical music, reading and cooking.
