Nathan Henderson is a member of the Litigation Department in the firm's Chicago office. He maintains a general litigation practice and handles a variety of matters involving complex commercial disputes.
After earning his J.D. at University of Illinois College of Law, Nathan was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Eric I. Long, a U.S. Magistrate Judge in Urbana, Illinois. He also was an adjunct professor at his alma mater, where he taught Trial Advocacy and Law 500: LL.M. Legal Writing and Research. While in law school, Nathan was a 711 student attorney for the Veterans Legal Clinic and a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Archambeault in Will County. He also participated in Moot Court, Trial Team, and served as notes editor for the Journal of Law, Technology & Policy.
