Orine Dadon is a member of the Transactional Department in the firm's Miami office. She maintains a general real estate practice and assists with a variety of deals, including commercial leasing, development projects, and property sales and acquisitions.
While earning her J.D. at Florida International University College of Law, Orine was a summer associate at Saul Ewing. Orine was also a research assistant at her law school. Throughout her time as an undergraduate and law student, Orine also worked for a real estate investment firm, first as a commercial real estate analyst and, more recently, as vice president of sales and leasing. The latest role included negotiating purchase and sales contracts, leases and operating agreements, and working with landlords. She also has a Florida real estate license.
