Paige Topper

As an attorney in the firm's Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice, Paige Topper represents debtors, official and ad hoc committees, trade creditors, landlords, purchasers of assets, and other parties-in-interest in bankruptcy and restructuring matters. Her experience includes in- and out-of-court restructuring matters, and she represents clients in bankruptcy litigation and appeals. Paige also has experience representing foreign representatives in chapter 15 cases. Paige has represented chapter 11 debtors spanning a diverse range of industries, including airline, aerospace manufacturing, coal mining, pharmaceutical and health care.
