  • Works on a team of Saul Ewing attorneys serving as counsel to the court-appointed independent monitor of the pharmaceutical manufacturer, who was appointed in connection with national opioid litigation then pending against the company.  
  • Obtained dismissal of claims for intentional interference with contractual relations, conspiracy, and breach of fiduciary duty in a case against law firms and attorneys under the anti-SLAPP statute, as well as a mandatory award of attorney’s fees.   
  • Obtained dismissal of a lawsuit against a Boston-based newspaper and its editor for intentional infliction of emotional distress. 
  • Obtained dismissal of claims for breach of contract, a violation of Massachusetts Chapter 93A, and other tort claims in connection with a shareholder dispute. 
  • Obtained summary judgment in a title dispute between neighboring property owners concerning ownership of the property dating back 40 years. 
  • Obtained summary judgement on behalf of a bona fide purchaser where the former property owner claimed foreclosure was improper. 
  • Successfully defended an appeal of default judgment entered on behalf of the plaintiff asserting claims for defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
