Pat Nugent advises and defends K-12 schools, colleges, universities, and businesses across several industries. He provides strategic counsel to clients on a broad range of compliance, policy, and liability issues. When disputes arise, Pat works with clients to develop and execute litigation strategies focused on furthering clients’ unique objectives and protecting their core institutional interests. Pat has experience handling a broad array of contractual, tort, statutory and constitutional issues for clients.
He also maintains a national appellate practice. Clients and colleagues turn to Pat when defending important judgments on appeal or seeking to overturn erroneous decisions of trial courts and administrative agencies.
