Peter Hall maintains a national practice representing corporate clients in complex commercial litigation and employment law matters. Licensed in Georgia but routinely admitted pro hac vice across the country, he serves as lead counsel in state and federal courts, arbitration proceedings with Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (JAMS) and the American Arbitration Association (AAA), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) investigations, and in emergency injunctive proceedings.
Peter’s deep experience in both commercial disputes and employment law allows him to bring a business sensibility to employment matters and an HR perspective to commercial ones. It also positions him especially well for handling business divorces and partnership disputes, trade secret misappropriation, non-compete and restrictive covenant enforcement, unfair competition and deceptive trade practices, and whistleblower and retaliation claims. He also handles employment class and collective actions involving off-the-clock work, automatic meal deductions, overtime rate calculations, and exempt and independent contractor classification disputes. He has also developed a niche representing airport concession and Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) entities in both commercial and employment matters.
